Electroless Nickel Plating - ENP

Electroless Nickel process is a functional Electroless Nickel alloy deposit with 10-12 percent by weight Phosphorus. With its Chemistry, the solution produces a highly corrosion resistant deposit, Advantage to this type of deposit is that it will plate uniformly into tight spaces and awkward areas. Deposits can be up to a maximum of .005" thick with a Hardness of 475-550HK as plated, with heat treatment this can rise to 800-950HK.
