Hard Chrome Plating process is a method of applying a layer of chromium onto a substrate (metal or alloy) through an electroplating procedure. In simple terms, electroplating is achieved by passing an electric current between two electrodes which are immersed in an electrolyte bath comprising of chromic acid.

We can apply Nickel or Chrome (or both) to various substrates of metal. Steel, Stainless Steel, Machine turned Nickel, Existing Chrome, Cast Metals, Copper & Brass. These are the most common metals on which we deposit. We also provide an Electroless Nickel process for some of the materials listed above.
Our cranes can lift up to 3.2t with our Nickel / Chrome plating baths reaching a depth of 10ft
We are fully accredited to ISO 9001:2015, we offer incoming goods and final inspection ranging in full diametrical and LPI Reporting to PCN Level 2
